Power Platform Senior Developer

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Create and maintain data integrations using Common Data Service (CDS), SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform, incorporating new features and best practices into development processes.
• Document application architectures, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.

Technical Skill Sets

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Common Data Service (CDS), SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI and other components of the Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
