We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join a high‑impact IT & Business Platforms team supporting the continued growth and adoption of low‑code solutions across the organisation. This role sits within a Power Platform Centre of Excellence and plays a key part in building scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
Contract: Until end of year (with potential extensions, budget dependent)

What you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven), Power Automate, and Power Platform integrations
- Supporting enterprise adoption of low‑code solutions across multiple business teams
- Building scalable, secure, and maintainable workflows and applications
- Providing hands‑on development as well as expert‑level troubleshooting and optimisation
- Partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Producing clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑base content to support reuse and best practices
- Acting as a mentor to citizen developers and promoting strong development standards
- Collaborating with a global delivery team and contributing to cross‑functional initiatives
Must haves:
- Strong hands‑on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Proven background building enterprise‑scale low‑code solutions
- Experience working within or alongside a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model
- Solid understanding of governance, security, and scalability within Power Platform environments
- Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑900, PL‑400)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI‑driven capabilities within Power Platform
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and enterprise governance frameworks
- Exposure to integration patterns and digital tools (e.g. M365, Azure, Power BI)
