About The Role

Reporting to the Systems and Reporting Manager, the Systems Accounts Executive plays a key role in supporting global finance operations through core accounting activities and finance systems optimization. This role combines hands‑on accounting, financial systems administration, and process automation, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and efficiency.

You will work closely with global finance stakeholders to support month‑end close activities, manage reconciliation processes, and help enhance systems and workflows using tools such as SAP, Blackline, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Automate.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support month/quarter/year‑end close activities
  • Extract and analyze reports from financial systems such as SAP GL and billing systems
  • Ensure SOX controls are operating effectively and resolve or escalate reconciling items
  • Administer and support the Blackline reconciliation tool, including system configuration, user access, validations, and issue resolution Support Blackline module implementations, testing, rollouts, and user enablement
  • Design and support finance process automation using Alteryx and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Track workflows and tasks using SharePoint Lists and MS Planner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency while maintaining strong internal controls
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in General ledger accounting or finance operations
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Hands‑on experience with finance or automation tools such as Blackline, Alteryx, Power Automate, SharePoint, and MS Planner
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and internal controls
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders
