Experience Range: 5-13

Location: Pan India - Preferred Kolkata

Power Automate Power BI Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# (especially for custom connectors or PCF controls.

Build, customize, and enhance Platform solutions, Power Automate, Power BI

Provider shall deliver end-to-end development, support, and enablement services for the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent client handling skill

Design and implement a Power Platform governance framework to enable and monitor citizen development while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This includes: Creation of low-code development guidelines Training and mentoring for business users Provisioning of starter templates and reusable components Access control and environment setup for safe experimentation

Support and Maintenance Provide ongoing support for production apps, automations, and data connectors. This includes issue resolution, performance tuning, platform upgrades, licensing alignment, and environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD). Establish SLAs for incident response and resolution as needed.

Governance and Best Practices Implement and operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, including monitoring of app usage, audit logs, license utilization, and automated compliance checks.
