Job Description:
- Role Overview: Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online within the M365 environment.
- Power Platform Development: Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- SharePoint Online Customization: Customize SharePoint Online lists and forms using Power Apps and Power Automate. Utilize out-of-the-box features and JSON formatting for list and column customization.
- Dataverse Management: Work with Dataverse tables, security roles, and groups to manage data access and integration effectively.
- Custom Components: Develop reusable components using PCF (Power Apps Component Framework), TypeScript, and React JS.
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Build and configure SPFx web parts and PnP components to enhance SharePoint Online functionality.
- Power Platform Administration: Manage environments and solutions, including deployment and configuration of custom connectors.
- Integration & Migration: Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint solutions with third-party systems such as SAP, and support data migration activities.
- Azure Integration: Work with Azure services like Functions, Logic Apps, and Active Directory for enhanced solution capabilities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Have basic knowledge of Power BI for report generation and data visualization.
- Project Delivery: Work within Agile (Scrum) methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, collaboration, and mentoring of team members.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Power Platform development, SharePoint Online customization, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, React JS, TypeScript, JSON formatting, and SPFx development.
- Certifications (Preferred): Power Platform (PL-400), M365, or Azure certifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
