Job Description
We are seeking a
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to support application development, platform operations, automation, and production support. The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise solutions using
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, .NET, and Azure, while following DevOps and Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 / Power Platform applications
- Create Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for business automation
- Develop and optimize Dataverse plugins and debug performance issues
- Build REST-based microservices for system integrations
- Support integration testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Perform ALM migrations (Dev QA Prod) and maintain deployment logs
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub
- Develop technical documentation (LLD, unit test plans, system procedures)
- Provide end-user and L2/L3 support as required
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ to 8+ years of experience as a Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Experience with .NET, C#, SharePoint, O365, and related Azure services
- Knowledge of Power Platform environments, licensing, security roles, DLP policies
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs
- Experience implementing Power Platform DevOps / ALM (Pipelines, ALM Accelerator)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery model
