Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Power Automate)

Total Experience: 5+ Years

Minimum 2+ Years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps)

Minimum 2+ Years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

Notice Period - Upto 60 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).

- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Cloud Flows.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other enterprise applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications and automations.

Follow development best practices, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills-

- Strong experience in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps).

- Hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

- Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.

- Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and REST APIs.

- Knowledge of Power Platform environment management, security, and governance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure services.

- Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) - Mandatory

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) – Nice to Have

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) - Mandatory
