Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer – SharePoint Online & Power Platform with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, TypeScript, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements, recommend technical solutions, develop applications and automations, and provide technical guidance to project teams while following Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online.
Develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and PnP JS.
Build business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Develop workflows and automation solutions to improve business processes.
Create administration and automation scripts using PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and SharePoint Online PowerShell.
Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Work with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD/App Registrations, and Microsoft 365 tenant configurations.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related Microsoft technologies.
Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Follow best practices for security, performance optimization, scalability, and enterprise application development.
Work with Git and Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and application deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills

7+ years of experience in software development with strong experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and customization.
Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and PnP JS.
Good proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Strong experience with PowerShell, including PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online PowerShell.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID, App Registrations, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with Azure services and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and Azure AD/Entra ID.
Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and application deployment practices.
Strong understanding of solution design, security, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enterprise application development.

Good to Have

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of AI Builder.
Experience developing solutions using Azure Functions.
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
