Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and support Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will engage with business partners to understand requirements, guide solution designs, and recommend best practices aligned with platform and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse in accordance with enterprise standards.
- Develop and maintain Copilot Studio Agents, ensuring appropriate use of AI capabilities and compliance with Company AI and data policies.
- Engage directly with business partners to understand requirements, guide solution designs, and recommend best practices aligned with platform and governance standards.
- Review and assess customer-developed Power Platform solutions, identifying risks, performance concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, flows, connectors, and integrations, including support of production incidents.
- Independently learn and support existing solutions with limited documentation and minimal supervision.
- Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective, with a strong focus on business value and long-term supportability.
- Apply established Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector usage, and ALM practices.
- Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation to support ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with platform administrators, security, architecture, and other IT teams to ensure platform health and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in applications, flows, and integrations.
- Ability to independently learn and support existing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with business partners and IT teams.
