Job Description

We are seeking a motivated SharePoint Developer to join our Collaboration Experience team. In this role, you will design, build, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that improve employee and customer experiences. This role is ideal for a developing professional who has a solid technical foundation, is growing their expertise, and consistently applies standards and best practices to solve problems of moderate scope.

As SharePoint Developer, you will work closely with peers, team members, and internal customers, receiving general guidance while exercising increasing independence in execution, problemsolving, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including sites, lists, libraries, and client-side customizations.

Build and support SPFx web parts and extensions in accordance with team coding standards.

Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph) as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity while following company policies and technical guidelines.

Deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions focused on usability, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and internal stakeholders to accomplish shared goals.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and incorporate customer feedback to refine solutions.

Proactively identify & address technical challenges, risks, and recommend solutions.

Pursue continuous learning and improvement in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Take ownership of work, balancing speed, quality, and feature development to meet project commitments.

Demonstrate company culture values through respectful, inclusive, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to adhere to development processes, standards, and best practices.

Practical experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, SharePoint Admin portal) and automation tools such as Power Automate and Azure Runbooks.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, including PNP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.

Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and foundational knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, integration techniques, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.

Experience with AirTable is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

1–3 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft solutions.
