Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Power Plant Operation position, located in Raipur. The role requires overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of the power plant. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing plant processes, implementing preventive maintenance, supervising plant personnel, adhering to safety and compliance standards, managing process controls, and reporting operational performance. You will work as part of a team to ensure the power plant functions effectively, reliably, and sustainably.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience and expertise in Plant Operations and Operations Management.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and coordinate an operations team.
- Proven ability in Preventive Maintenance and ensuring equipment reliability.
- Knowledge of Process Control systems related to power plant operations.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field is preferred.
- Experience in power plant operations, particularly solar or thermal power plants, is a plus.
