MAIN TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES
- Works under the guidance of the Incubator AC battery Leader to ensure technical alignment.
- Run detailled analysis on the existing power electronic boards developed by the Incubator.
- Designs schematics of electronic board functions: snubber, high-current switching, over-current detection, over-voltage limiters
- Designs board layouts taking into account system integration requirements
- Assembles the 1st prototype board in the electronic lab
- Organizes the assembly process of consolidated board designs by a local prototype EMS
- Tests prototype boards in the electronic lab.
- Supports the AC battery prototype team to tests new power boards on batteries.
- Creates locally an electornic lab to develop and test prototype boards.

- REPORTING
- Documents power electronics design and validation activities with clarity and precision.
- Prepares and delivers regular progress reports to both hierarchical and functional managers.
KNOWLEDGE SHARING
- Participates actively in Saft's Electronic Technical Circles to share knowledge and best practices.
- Provides technical feedback and insights to improve electronic design methodologies.
- Monitors the state-of-the-art on power electronics for battery-related topics and, particularly, on multi-level converter
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
MANDATORY
- Proficiency in Electronic board designs with high current (>100A RMS)
- Experience in high-power switching devices such as MOSFETs.
- Solid knowledge of converter topologies, including multi-level converters.
- Knowledge of snubber circuits, transient limiters, and over-current detection
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with industrial converters developement
- Experience with automotive electronic boards development
- Knowledge of battery technologies and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
