Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Power Converter Design: Develop DC-DC and AC-DC converters, including Buck, Boost, and Flyback topologies.
- Circuit Design & PCB Layout: Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium or Cadence.
- Simulation & Analysis: Perform circuit simulations with PSIM, MATLAB, and LTSPICE.
- Magnetics Design: Design inductors, transformers, and EMI/EMC filters.
- Component Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize MOSFETs, IGBTs, and gate drive circuits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for system integration.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in power electronics converter topologies.
- Expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with motor drives (BLDC, PMSM, DC motors).
- Knowledge of FMEA, DVP test plans, and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
