Power Digitalization Business Development Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead Power Digitalization initiatives and deploy strategies across multiple regions.
2. Support software business development through marketing, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
3. Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to influence digital transformation and business growth.
4. Collaborate on the launch and expansion of Energy Hub and contribute to software and services acceleration.

Key Deliverables:

1. Successful deployment of Power Digitalization strategy and execution of 5-year plans.
2. Increase software attachment rate and sales of Digital Power products.
3. Drive growth of Energy Hub sales and new customer acquisition.
4. Expand software synergies and multi-software opportunity pipelines.
