Power BI Report Developer

• Excellent understanding on data architecture system (source, target, transformations, processing, etc.,) and migration b/w DB platforms.
• Ability to connect with various data source like SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, SSAS, Azure Analysis Service, HDFS etc from Power BI
• Data Preparation using the inbuilt features of Power BI
• Experience in Data Modelling and custom calculations in Power BI
• Strong Experience in using complex DAX expressions
• Design reports with the inbuilt charts and customization of the charts
• Ability to use various filter options, Should be able to create Generic Reports, complex visuals and KPI charts
• Scheduling Data refresh in report server and User management Restricting data for particular users with the help of User filters
• Using SQL for managing large volume of data SQL Query Tuning for best performance Improving data processing speed by building SQL automations
• Responsible for the design development coding testing debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas Keep the source code in a central repository with proper versioning control
• Write and maintain documentation (e.g. run books, test plans, test results, etc.) for applications
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner, self-motivated and has the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal, written communication skills and a collaborative problem solving style.
• Tools & Technology Experience preferred:

1. Strong SQL or PLSQL hands-on experience
2. Strong Power BI experience
3. Relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
4. AWS / Azure public clouds

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree.

Relevant Power BI Experience: 5+ Years (Report Development)

Relevant DWH/ETL Experience: 5+ Years

Overall IT Experience: 5 to 10 Years
