Power BI (4 to 7 years experience) (Location: Delhi)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Power BI Expert to transform our raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle—from connecting to various data sources and building robust data models to designing intuitive, high-impact dashboards for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards.

Write complex DAX queries to provide calculated measures for business KPIs.

Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from diverse sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Azure) using Power Query.

Optimize report performance by refining data models and minimizing DAX calculation overhead.

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data privacy across different departments.

Required Technical Skills:

Experience: 5+ years specifically within the Power BI ecosystem.

Data Prep: Expert-level Power Query (M) and SQL skills.

Modelling: Deep understanding of Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.

Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI/UX and data storytelling.

Environment: Experience with Power BI Service, Premium capacities, and Gateway management.
