Supervise the BI team, organize and delegate their workload and guide them to make sure the work is done correctly Ensure that BI dashboards and reports are utilized to their maximum so to create business value Ensure that business requirements are sufficiently transformed into technical publications Make essential technical and strategic changes to improvise present business intelligence systems
