Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable BI solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and data pipelines.
• Integrate multiple data sources using SQL, ETL tools, or Python scripts.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and governance in reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams and guide junior members when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in SQL, data visualization, data modeling, and DAX.
• Working knowledge of ETL, Python, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team is an advantage.
