- Proficiency in at least one BI tool: Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio / Grafana
- 46 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- Strong SQL expertise (complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, query optimization)
- Solid understanding of data analysis and deriving actionable insights
- Hands-on experience in dashboard development and visualization
- Good understanding of data structures, reporting metrics, and data validation
