Job Description

  • Partner with finance and operations leadership to understand reporting needs across PPC, FP&A, and Shared Services functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and effective management reporting.
  • Design and develop interactive reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Cognos, and related tools.
  • Transform complex financial data into meaningful visualizations and performance insights.
  • Integrate and merge data from multiple databases and systems to calculate key financial and business metrics.
  • Drive automation of routine reporting and processes using advanced technologies such as AI, OCR, RPA, and bots.
  • Automate data migration and translation across enterprise systems including Costpoint, Cobra, EPM, EDW, and OnBase.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, and missing data.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, work instructions, and process guides in compliance with IT standards and controls.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance reporting and analytics function.
