We are looking for a skilled Power BI professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud services, etc.).
- Implement DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs for reporting needs.
- Optimize existing reports/dashboards for performance and usability.
- Ensure data security and compliance by managing roles and permissions.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with end users and provide training/documentation.
- Stay updated with Power BI features and BI industry trends to improve reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) with Power BI development and report building.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources.
- Good understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
- Experience in report automation and scheduling.
