Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Architect with a strong background in the Pharma industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10-20 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful Power BI solutions. This is a full-time position based in our Mumbai office.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions for our Pharma clients, including data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and integration with other systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices and standards are followed
- Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks, and optimize Power BI solutions for maximum efficiency and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Power BI ecosystem, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10-20 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of the Pharma industry and related data structures and workflows
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or SAP BusinessObjects is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are highly desirable
