Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Automate Engineer to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate. You will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support scalable automation initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Deskto
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 service
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing flows to ensure reliability and performance
• Develop custom connectors and APIs for enhanced automation capabilities
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications
• Provide support and training to end-users and junior developers

Eligibility Criteria:

• 35 years of experience in automation development, with at least 2 years in Power Autom
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process mapping, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
• Knowledge of SQL,
• Exposure to enterprise-level automation project
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
