Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Power Platform Developer with 27 years of experience in building low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. This role involves developing automated workflows, apps, and solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. Depending on your experience level, you will contribute to or lead the development and implementation of scalable and secure Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated business processes using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows).
- Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps tailored to business requirements.
- Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Utilize AI Builder and Copilot to enhance automation and app intelligence.
- Use Dataverse for data modeling, integration, and secure data management.
- Develop Power Pages for website and portal creation.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Build conversational experiences using Power Virtual Agents.
- Ensure adherence to platform governance standards including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive projects to completion.
- Contribute to solution architecture, performance optimization, and issue resolution (for senior candidates).
Required Skills & Experience
- 27 years of hands-on experience with:
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows/RPA with PAD)
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- AI Builder and Copilot integration
- Experience or knowledge of Dataverse for data management and app integration.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions.
Preferred / Good To Have
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and platform governance.
- Knowledge of Solutions management and environments best practices.
- Microsoft Certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) are a plus.
