What we are looking for

Role: Power Automate Desktop/apps

Experience Range: 8 10 Years

Location: Chennai, Hyd, Pune & bangalore

Must-Have:

1. Designing and developing scalable Power automate workflows (Cloud and Desktop) and services, ensuring high performance and reliability.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, delivering new features and enhancements within agreed timelines.
3. Develop clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and stability of automation deliverables.
4. Implementing integrations with third-party systems and services to build, optimize integrations with O365 applications, dynamic 365 and third-party integrations and improve overall user experience.
5. Code and integration with Azure Services (Power APPs, API, Functions App)
6. Participating in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of code quality and consistency across the automation infrastructure.
7. Resolving Power automation-related issues and performance bottlenecks, proactively identifying, and addressing potential areas of improvement.
8. Contributing to the documentation of Power automation systems, APIs, and processes to ensure clear and comprehensive guidance for future maintenance and development efforts.
9. Staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in Power automations development, and actively applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
10. Analyze and provide resolutions for incidents and problems reported for Power Automation workflows.
11. Report product/environment related incidents to the Power Automation support team and monitor them until they are resolved.
12. Certification should be completed: PL-900/PL-100
13. Nice to have: API, basic scripting (JSON, Excel formulas) knowledge or hands on.

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
