Job Description

  • Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Application Development:
  • Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Create and customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports in Power Apps.
  • Implement and manage Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) to store and manage data.

  • Workflow Automation:
  • Design, develop, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate numerous services and data sources to streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability.

  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications.
  • Collaborate with Digital and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems.

  • Maintenance and Improvement:
  • Regularly review and optimise existing applications and workflows.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability in all solutions.
  • Development Skills:
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and their integration with Power Platform.
  • Basic understanding of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.

  • Problem Solving:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.
