Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer with a strong background in software/application development (5+ years) and at least 2 years of hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, while integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploycustom business applicationsusing Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Automate workflows and processes usingPower Automate.
  • Develop and manage data models withDataverse, SQL, and SharePoint lists.
  • Integrate Power Apps solutions withMicrosoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external data sources/APIs.
  • EnsureUI/UX best practicesfor scalable and user-friendly app designs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical solutions.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Apps applications.
  • Implementgovernance, security, and compliance standardswithin the Power Platform.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute tobest practices and reusable components.

  • Required Qualifications5+ yearsof total professional experience in application/software development.
  • 2+ yearsof hands-on development inPower Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
  • Proficiency inPower Automatefor business process automation.
  • Experience working withDataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding ofPower Platform administration, security roles, and licensing considerations.
  • Knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity withJavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, or C#for extending Power Apps functionality (nice to have).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Preferred/Good to HaveExperience withPower BIintegration.
  • Exposure toAzure services(Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
  • Microsoft Certification inPower Platform (PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400).
