We are seeking highly skilled and certified Power Apps Professionals to join our team, with openings for both Developers and a Lead Developer. The ideal candidates will possess extensive hands-on experience in building and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, coupled with strong web development skills. Experience in the Retail domain is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Power Apps Development:Proficiently develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Model-Driven Apps, including advanced customization and configuration.
- Build mobile applications using the Wrap feature in Power Apps, understanding deployment and optimization.
- Power Automate:Design and implement robust automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Automate flows with Azure services like Event Hub, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Custom Development:Develop custom page development within Power Apps.
- Utilize strong .NET skills for developing and integrating custom API plugins to extend Power Apps functionality.
- Apply expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and customization.
- Dataverse:Possess extensive knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, security, and integration.
- Manage and optimize Dataverse environments for performance and scalability.
- Integration:Work with SQL DB for data integration and management.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint.
- Preferably, experience with SignalR for implementing real-time web functionality.
- Collaboration & Leadership (for Lead Role):Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Overall Experience: 6 to 8+ years.
- Power Platform Relevant Experience: 5+ years.
- Mandatory Skills:A very good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
- Proficiency in Power Automate.
- Extensive experience with Dataverse.
- Strong skills in SQL and SharePoint.
- Microsoft professional certification(s) in Power Platform is mandatory (PL-100/PL-200/PL-300/PL-400).
- Desired/Secondary Skills:Experience with custom page development, plugins development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Power BI and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework).

- Max Vendor Rate (Per Day): Developer - INR 8000, Lead - INR 10000.
