About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer / Technical Expert to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building complex Power Apps solutions, automating business workflows, and integrating applications with external systems. The role requires expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate flows, and Power Platform governance, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Design and build complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps.
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for business process automation.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with external systems using REST APIs, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Design and implement data models in Dataverse ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work with custom connectors and integration scenarios for enterprise applications.
- Implement Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, and security roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and best practices.
- Monitor application performance and support deployment, monitoring, and health checks.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and follow structured development processes.
- Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server.
- Experience building Power Automate workflows and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of custom connectors and REST API integrations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or .NET for advanced customization.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment strategies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform COE Kit.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
