Job Description

As a Powder Coatings (B2B) technical salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include prospecting, networking, and presenting to potential customers. In order to be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a sales role and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills. In addition, you should have sufficient technical knowledge in troubleshooting application-related issues in Powder Coatings.

B2B Sales Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Generating leads
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Developing relationships with potential customers
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintaining ongoing account management
  • Achieving sales targets

B2B Sales Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/marketing, Sales or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in technical sales in Powder Coatings (preferably in powder coatings).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong understanding of coatings technology and applications; ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
