Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Poultry Feed Sales Professional, located in Bihar or Jharkhand. The Poultry Feed Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new farmers or dealers, visiting new farmers & dealers, market research of new untapped areas for Poultry Feed ,maintaining strong relationships with existing farmers or dealers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding Dealer or farmer needs, developing sales strategies, providing product education to dealers or Farmers, and ensuring dealer or farmer satisfaction.

Required Candidature:

  • Proven experience in Poultry Feed Sales for 3-8 years in Bihar or Jharkhand, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends
  • Willing to conduct campaigns in districts with farmers & dealers.
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work under targets
  • Knowledge of the livestock feed industry or agricultural sector is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture or any other related stream or BBA.
  • Willingness to travel for dealer meetings and business development
