PostgreSQL Developer

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled PostgreSQL ETL Developer with strong experience in stored procedure development, Talend ETL processes, and data migration. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and have domain knowledge in property and casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PostgreSQL stored procedures and database objects.
• Perform ETL processes using Talend application.
• Participate in data migration activities including data profiling, analysis, transformation, and load.
• Ensure end-to-end reconciliation during migration processes.
• Collaborate effectively in onsite/offshore Agile model teams.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in PostgreSQL and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Talend ETL and knowledge of its architecture and components.
• Experience in data migration, data profiling, transformation, and load processes.
• Knowledge of end-to-end reconciliation processes in migration.
• Familiarity with Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
• Good communication skills and Agile methodology knowledge.
