Job Description:
Postgres SQL
- Coordinate with the developers, managers and leadership teams to build effective databases
- Collaborate with product managers to make sure database code meets demand
- Communicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIs
- Keep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAs
- Integrate and maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, and views
Skills and Qualifications of a Postgres Developer
- IT or computer science bachelor's or master's degree, or comparable work experience
- 3+ minimum years of PostgreSQL experience are required.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL's JSON support.
- ETL fundamentals are well understood.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management such as permissions, security, recovery, and monitoring).
- Strong verbal and written skills, as well as English proficiency that has been demonstrated.
Prefered Skills of a Postgres Developer
