About the Role
We are looking for a Content Research & Poster Operations Specialist - Tamil with deep knowledge of Tamilnadu politics and civic dynamics to join our fast-growing startup. You'll be the backbone of our content strategyresearching political events, tracking trending topics, and ensuring our content calendar stays relevant and timely across Tamilnadu.
Job Location: Hyderabad incubation (1-3 months) Chennai base.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
SALARY: 20-25k p/m
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Map: Build and maintain comprehensive calendars of Tamilnadu's political events, festivals, civic milestones, and constituency-level dynamics.
- Monitor & Alert: Track breaking political news, trending topics, and emerging civic issues in real-time, flagging them for immediate content team action.
- Coordinate & Post: Work with content and design teams to schedule and publish content at optimal times, maximizing relevance and engagement.
- Track Trends: Identify viral political movements, social conversations, and emerging local narratives across social media and news platforms.
- Document & Share: Maintain detailed records of political insights, district dynamics, and event timelines that inform the entire content strategy.
- Optimize Timing: Ensure content goes live when Tamil Nadu's political communities are most engagedduring elections, festivals, and breaking news.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in content operations, political research, news media, or civic engagement.
- Deep knowledge of TN politicsconstituencies, leaders, parties, political dynamics, and local narratives.
- Strong research ability with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
- News sense and ability to quickly assess the political significance of events.
- Comfortable with data management and tracking systems (spreadsheets, calendars, project management tools).
- Good written communication in Tamil.
- Any graduate with strong organizational skills, political awareness, and passion for Tamilnadu's civic landscape can apply.
