Job Description

We are seeking a Post Sales Manager for the Real Estate Industry to manage the entire process from a client's booking to the final handover of their property. You will be responsible for tracking customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy, and overseeing post-sales processes, including documentation, payment tracking, and possession handover. This role requires a professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Projects and MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Send welcome emails to new clients and manage and track all customer interactions from sales to possession. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and communication. Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and implement improvements.
  • Process & Documentation Management: Oversee all post-sales processes, including documentation, payment tracking, and possession handover. Coordinate client legal queries, collect legal documents, and prepare drafts for Sale Agreements. Coordinate with clients and bankers throughout the process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of customer relationship executives, and ensure their performance meets targets and objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and analytics on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and process efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, with a focus on post-sales or after-sales service.
  • Strong skills in MS Projects, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and a collaborative, team-player mentality.
  • Effective spoken English.
  • The ability to manage the complete end-to-end process from booking to handover of flats.
  • Experience in coordinating legal documentation and managing relationships with bankers.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
