Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete Quantification and Cost estimation for Civil Projects.
- Generation of project specific BOQ's for pre and post tendering.
- Co-ordination between PMC, Engineering, Architectural teams.
- Managing Tendering process.
- Addressing and evaluation of Price Variations.
- Material Reconciliation, Negotiations, and claims.
- Non schedule Items and extra items claims.
- Analysis of rates for project specific locations.
- Sub-Contractor and Client Billing.
- Purchase and Work order requisitions.
- Data Management and generation of reports using M.S office suite, especially MS Project and MS Excel.
- Provide inputs to help generate project specific budget.
- Conducting value management and engineering exercises.
