Plan and manage procurement of Materials requirement in order to meet monthly production plan objectives
Maintain timely issuance of purchase orders & optimum stock
Strong follow-up and expediting of purchase orders with suppliers on daily basis
Procurement of raw materials, Aiding Materials and BOP parts for production lines requirements as per MRP .considering ROL, ROQ, MOQ and lead time.
Immediate disposition of NCRs report and feedback to concerned functions & team, inform and issue rework debit notes to suppliers.
System Documentation according to AS/ISO /IATF/ VDA 6.3
Participate in Daily Review Meeting – SQDIPM , Minimum 2 days in each plant.
Define and develop the strategy to reduce In process Defect and CoPQ.
Identifiy and Implement the CAPA against the defect.
Provide the training to team On Quality & lean concepts
Monitor quality performance of the project & improve through weekly review meeting and statistical data which present on the meeting.
Should have knowledge on Manufacturing of FRP Products.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for FRP products in domestic and international markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to customize FRP solutions as per market requirements & Contribute to pricing strategies, proposals, and tender submissions.
Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Manage key accounts and drive repeat business through long-term partnerships & Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and technical forums.
Responsible for maintaining all documents related to Projects Managements.
Studying RFQ / Drawing for the New/Existing business.
Responsible for maintaining the tracker sheet (Gantt Chart, Cost Expense Tracker, etc.,) for the projects.
Knowledge on FRP Manufacturing Process likes VARIM, Hand Layup, Pultrusion.
Knowledge on APQP, PPAP tools
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
