Position Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst in inbound BPO
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Identify training or coaching needs of team members and communicate them to the Manager
• Provide effective feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Arrange and conduct calibration sessions with partner sites
• Identify opportunity areas for improvement in processes
• Should be proficient in Excel reporting, building charts, graphs, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
