POS Tester

We are looking for an experienced POS Tester to join our agile and passionate QA team. If you are ambitious, accountable, and enjoy delivering high-quality products, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality-driven delivery across agile projects

Perform manual testing with strong focus on getting it right the first time

Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development teams

Mentor junior team members on testing practices and tools

Contribute to predictable and high-quality releases

Identify risks, raise issues proactively, and propose innovative solutions

Coordinate with Dev, Program Management, and Support teams

Required Skills & Experience

46 years of hands-on software testing experience

Strong experience in ManualTesting (POS domain preferred)

Good understanding of SDLC & Agilemethodologies

Knowledge of TDD & BDD concepts

Experience with defect tracking & test management tools

Ability to work with multi-site teams and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
