Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Portfolio Relationship Manager in the SME Banking division. The role involves managing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, identifying business opportunities, assessing and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective credit appraisal and monitoring. Key responsibilities include maintaining and deepening business relationships, cross-selling products, analyzing client needs, and delivering financial solutions tailored to meet those needs. The role requires regular interaction with clients, monitoring their financial health, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills to maintain and grow client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in credit assessment, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in banking solutions, investment products, and cross-selling financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
  • Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
