Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager, based in Noida. The Closing Manager will oversee the entire real estate closing process, including coordinating funding, managing closing schedules, and ensuring all necessary documents are properly executed. The role involves collaborating with sales and lending teams, facilitating smooth loan and mortgage activities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Closings and Funding processes
• Strong skills in Sales and Loans coordination
• Experience and understanding of Mortgage Lending practices
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Team handling experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate, loan processing, or related industries is a plus
