Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Stakeholder Management

  • Run and manage the business unit portfolio in collaboration with onsite and offshore leadership teams
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial and operational performance
  • Engage with senior leaders across the organization, ensuring high-quality communication and visibility

Strategic Operations

  • Contribute to business unitlevel strategy for annual and five-year business planning
  • Own budgeting for the business unit, including top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability targets
  • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as revenue forecasting, margin performance, and SG&A spend
  • Plan and manage the talent supply chain, including hiring plans and cross-training initiatives

Risk & Resilience Management

  • Own end-to-end risk planning from proposal stage through delivery
  • Identify financial, operational, and delivery risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Work closely with client partners, sales managers, and delivery leaders to highlight risks and drive closure actions

Pricing & Deal Management

  • Review and evaluate deal pricing and act as a gatekeeper for deal approvals
  • Analyze bid versus actual deal performance and recommend improvement strategies
  • Develop analytical and financial models for new deal constructs and pricing scenarios
