Leads strategy, growth, and compliance for the Term products in credit card portfolio. Drives product innovation, portfolio profitability, and regulatory alignment at scale. Provides thought leadership to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for term products, loan on card, EMI conversion, BT, and loan lifecycle.
- Drive P&L: growth, yield, risk performance, and unit economics.
- Design long-term roadmap aligned with RBI and internal governance frameworks.
- Oversee credit policy creation, risk calibration, and segment strategy.
- Ensure strict compliance with:
- RBI Credit Card Directions
- Digital Lending Guidelines
- Unsecured lending nor
