About the Role

Lead and drive cluster revenue strategies to maximize profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing, distribution, and channel strategies to optimize revenue.

Analyze market trends, competition, and demand to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align strategies.

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing revenue team.

Use analytics and revenue systems to drive performance and insights.

Track KPIs, present reports, and recommend strategic actions to leadership.

Drive best practices and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

8+ years in revenue management with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties.

Proven success in revenue optimization and team leadership.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, analytics, and revenue systems.

Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Hospitality or multi-unit industry experience.

Knowledge of Indian market dynamics and emerging revenue technologies.

Relevant certifications and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
