Job Description

Role & responsibilities

New policy/ programs: Ideation and formulation of new policy/programs along with product and business teams to cater to avenues in SME Lending within regulatory & compliance framework.
Existing Policy/Programs: Lead policy / programs modifications and renewals. Work will involve interacting with various stakeholders for driving requisite changes in Policy. Getting approvals for policy with senior management.
Competition/Banking Network: Applicant is expected to be well networked to do competition benchmarking.
Industry / sectoral knowledge: Well read an conversant with sectoral and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio health and delinquency. Identify early warning signals which can be tracked by team. Use data and analytics for portfolio health tracking and systematically improving the Policy and Process
Driving Digital Initiatives -Implementation of BREs, Scorecards, STP journeys in System.
Team Management: Lead of team of Policy Managers.
