Policy Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Policy Analyst. The Policy Analyst will engage in designing and developing policies, conducting in-depth research to assess broader social and economic implications, and analyzing existing strategies to address complex social challenges. Responsibilities also include drafting policy recommendations, preparing reports, and effectively communicating findings to both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role will demand critical assessment of policy impacts and collaboration with cross-functional teams for developing innovative, actionable solutions.

• Proficiency in Policy Development and Policy Research to create and analyze effective strategies
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and determine implications
• Strong Research capabilities to investigate complex challenges and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional Communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations effectively
• Familiarity with systems thinking, people-focused approaches, and policy implementation at sub-national levels
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
