AAFT Elearn (AAFT Online) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Podcasting Faculty

member to join our team for the Online Diploma Program in Podcasting. This is a full-time, onsite

opportunity for individuals who are passionate about audio storytelling and mentoring the next

generation of podcast creators. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience,

teaching skills, and a deep understanding of the podcasting landscape in India and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a curriculum tailored to the current trends in podcasting.

Teach foundational and advanced podcasting skills, including scripting, voice modulation,

editing, and publishing.

Guide students through hands-on projects and portfolio development.

Stay up-to-date with podcasting tools, platforms, and market trends.

Integrate guest lectures and industry exposure through your professional network.

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback for skill improvement.

Requirements:

Proven industry experience in podcasting (radio, digital audio platforms, or

independent production).

A degree in Mass Communication, or a related field is required.

Minimum 12 years of teaching or training experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, etc.

Understanding of podcast distribution platforms and monetization models.

Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Must be fluent in English.
