Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end episode production: editorial calendar, episode briefs, guest prep, and release schedules.
- Record and produce high-quality remote interviews using multi-track recording tools; perform audio cleanup, mixing, and mastering to broadcast standards.
- Edit episodes for pacing and clarity—apply noise reduction, EQ, compression, and ID3 tagging; prepare final deliverables (mp3/wav) and show assets.
- Publish and manage episodes on podcast hosting platforms and RSS feeds; coordinate metadata, timestamps, transcriptions, and platform distribution.
- Create SEO-optimized episode titles, descriptions, and show notes; generate episode clips and assets for social amplification and repurposing.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to monitor download metrics, listener feedback, and iterate on format and promotion strategies.
