This is a fully remote role based in India supporting end-to-end podcast channel operations and growth.
Primary Title: Podcast Producer
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for a multi-episode podcast channel: concept, episode planning, guest booking, recording, editing, publishing, and post-launch optimization.
- Record and edit high-quality audio using remote interview tools; apply noise reduction, EQ, compression and mastering to meet platform standards.
- Manage podcast hosting, RSS feed, metadata, and distribution to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts and other directories.
- Create SEO-optimised episode titles, descriptions, and show notes; coordinate transcription and chapter markers to improve discoverability and accessibility.
- Repurpose episodes into short-form audio and video snippets for social channels; collaborate with content and design teams for promotional assets.
- Track episode performance, audience metrics and listener feedback; implement iterative improvements and support sponsorship/monetization initiatives.
