- Examine Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings and specifications to identify necessary HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.
- Participate in project kick-off and review meetings, documenting technical queries, compliance deviations, risk logs, and minutes of meetings.
- Adhere to standard estimation processes and guidelines to select optimal combinations of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for an accurate budget proposal.
- Create detailed bills of material, including the selection of sensors, control valves, dampers, airflow stations, and controllers.
- Develop Building Automation System (BAS) network architecture, ensuring it meets project specifications.
- Maintain a rigorous quality assurance process to deliver defect-free outcomes and ensure timely project completions.
- Ensure compliance in timesheet submissions and reviews for personal accountability and transparency.
- Ensure quality assurance, defect free deliverables, on time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues in the right time, so as not to affect the project delivery schedule; any escalations with respect to scope-creep must be clearly backed up with evidences.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in the early stage of the project.
- Ensure errors are monitored and take corrective action/preventive action to meet quality standards.
- Properly plan resources for each project.
- Monitor and control the agreed work scope against the project plan. Manage changes to the baselines through an adequate change management process.
